FInjal bases the processing of your personal data on four different legal bases, in accordance with GDPR. These basics are described in this section.

We process your personal data, among other things, in order to fulfill the agreement we enter into with you as a customer when you place your order. In order to payment and delivery of the goods you buy on our website will work, we need to process information about you.

Among other things, we process your personal data in order to fulfill our obligations to you as an Account Holder, such as simplified administration and order history. Finjal saves information about the Account Holder as long as the Account Holder has an account with Finjal.

Third parties that Finjal discloses information to or otherwise provide information about a customer or Account Holder may only use the information for the purpose of providing services related to Finjal’s agreement with you as a customer. Furthermore, you are entitled to receive information about your other rights in this register extract as specified in this section.
