What better way to end the day than with some sweet vietnamese coffee!

Start with boiling 60 ml water. Then add 3 tablespoons of condensed milk to you glass of choice. Place the base on top of the glass and put the filter (phin) on top. Add 3 tablespoons of coarsely ground coffee in your filter (phin). Make sure to distribute evenly across. Press down the beans with the lid (not too tight).

Pour over 20 ml of hot water and let it sit for a moment until it has trickled through. Pour the rest of the water (40ml) and wait. Enjoy!
